For their new 40,000 sq ft headquarters in the heart of London, we delivered a full workplace strategy, immersive spatial design, and a bold brand environment. THE CHALLENGE
The global workplace has evolved. Today’s multi-generational workforce expects more: flexibility, creativity, and connection. Our client needed more than just an office - they needed a living workplace. One that inspires, supports, and connects people in meaningful ways through every element of the physical environment.
THE INSPIRATION
Their new 40,000 sq ft home at Sixty London Wall captures this vision. With all teams now on a single floor, the space fosters natural connection, collaboration, and culture. From first impressions to daily routines, it’s a dynamic expression of who they are - a workplace that enables people to do their best work, every day. It’s more than a move - it’s a statement of thier purpose. A commitment to experience, connection, and excellence in everything they do.
THE RESULTS
The final result is a standout European HQ - a vibrant counterpart to their Atlanta head office. We worked closely with global property and design teams to ensure alignment across continents, creating a space that reflects a unified vision. This marks a new chapter not just for their London presence, but for their entire EMEA footprint. The new workplace is highly flexible, creative, and a joy to be in - welcoming both employees and clients as they move through it each day.
Post-occupancy survey results revealed high scores from staff when asked how proud they feel about inviting a guest or client to their new workplace.
