Few brands can boast as proud and passionate heritage as MG can. Since 1924, MG has been making cars people love to drive. As one of the UK’s fastest growing car brands MG needed to ensure that the MG showrooms continued to deliver a great customer experience. With an ever-expanding model range, particularly our investment in new energy vehicles. RAW Brothers worked with the MG UK leadership team to create the new dealership experience.

THE CHALLENGE

MG is one of the fastest growing auotmotive brand in the UK. The showroom brand environment had not kept pace with the car sales. It was time for a complete overhall of the dealerships. RAW Brothers were chosen because of their previous experience in the automotive sector and their experience in transforming phyical space.

THE INSPIRATION

We needed to make a significant impact in the minds of the customer, increasing the expectation and awareness of the MG brand. We needed to improve the consistency across all MG showrooms, providing a realistic solution that works in different sizes and shapes of showroom facilities. Providing a better MG experience – ensuring customers know they are in the MG space and the brand values of trust, commitment and respect are implicit.
