We’ve had the privilege of working alongside Compassion’s senior leadership team to help shape and develop their brand positioning.
They came to us with a bold challenge: to turn the page to the next chapter of their story. To do this well, they needed to ensure their brand was rigorously integrated—laying strong foundations to support future growth, clarity, and impact.

RAW Brothers led the Compassion team through a full brand strategy review, including a brand audit, stakeholder interviews, and a series of collaborative brand workshops.
This process also involved a global review of the current positioning, supported by deep-dive feedback sessions to shape and refine future direction.
Working in close partnership with Compassion, we used our agile brand strategy workflow to develop a refreshed brand positioning. This included:
