Is your workplace 'fit for the future'?

A recent survey said...

41% of people agreed the design of the workplace is important to them (that's good) but only 25% agreed their workplace was an enjoyable environment to work in and only 21% are proud to bring visitors back!

The same survey revealed, in some workplaces, only 21% of people were satisfied with informal meeting facilities and only 9% were satisfied with washroom and showers*.

We know these are not complicated things to fix. We believe it's possible to motivate and inspire people to be better at work through the creation of great workplace environments. And it seems some staff agree!

We will ‘Carbon Date’ your workplace

We will swiftly analyse your use of office space, internal brand communications, facilities for staff and the first impressions made to those who you welcome in.

We will produce a report that gives you key indicators on how your workplace is fairing and what era it’s in! We will also provide some helpful insights and suggestions on making improvements.
